This book may seem, to many of you, a very tedious reading, although I tried to be as didactic as possible.
Terminology, calory charts and other "technical" details may not be very appealing, you would certainly prefer a good novel !
I only regret one thing : that nutrition is not a part, as it is very important, of the things you learn in school, because alimentation is at the bottom of health.
Why should we know more about mathematics
than we know about what we eat ?
(more especially as it is simpler than mathématics ! )
A good education of the populations regarding this plague that obesity is, and obesity begins in the craddle !

We would be able to avoid many mistakes, and honestly, this is the worse part.
- Don't we say that a pragnant woman ought to eat for two ?
- that a baby only cries when he is hungry ?
And here go many on the way to ponderal excess, first of all because they are used to eating well, then because we will determine their need to compensate emotional situations by alimentation.
